Ryan Drake: Founder & Architect of Clarity Ryan’s leadership journey spans finance, technology, and organizational strategy, but his true work has always been the same: revealing structure where others see complexity. After years of executive leadership, including CFO and CEO roles, Ryan discovered that his deepest contribution wasn’t solving problems, but uncovering the architecture beneath them. He helps leaders see their organizations clearly, align their teams, and build the rhythms that create sustainable momentum.
Sheryl Drake — VP of Operations & Organizational Insight Sheryl brings a rare ability to read people, systems, and the dynamics that shape culture. Her work is grounded in empathy, clarity, and a deep understanding of how teams function. She helps leaders create environments where expectations are aligned, communication is healthy, and people can thrive. Her background in public service and organizational behavior gives her a unique lens for diagnosing friction and restoring alignment.
